The Virgo is the most independent zodiac sign. They are more analytical than sentimental and value intellect over romance. The typical Virgo man is shy, modest and efficient. At times he can appear extremely serious and cautious.
Outwardly the Virgo presents a cool, calm image. Inside he is nervous and analytical. His mind is always hard at work, feeding his desire to improve and perfect. Although this can give the impression that he is picky, his motives are never intended to be malicious.
In romance, the Virgo man prides himself on honesty and the ability to build a lasting relationship. Loving a Virgo means living in a practical world. He does not enjoy mysteries. Because of his efficient and analytical nature, he needs to know where he stands and what is expected of him.

The Virgo man looks for a beautiful woman who is devoted to him but never needy or emotional. Virgos are drawn to women who are hardworking and organized yet gentle and kind. Because they need a mate who respects them, a woman has the greatest chance of winning a Virgo's heart if she is devoted, reliable and quick witted.
A Virgo can be fussy and nit-picky. He has a tendency to put his partner under the microscope, examine her flaws and offer suggestions on what she might improve. Any woman considering a romance with a Virgo must be patient, self-confident and accept the high standards he places on himself and the one he loves.
A woman hoping to win the heart of a Virgo man should be attentive and caring. The Virgo tends to commit to a woman who is willing take care of his needs in an unselfish manner. Although a woman doesn't have to behave like his maid, the Virgo man does expect her to be accommodating and handle anything he may have neglected to do.
What To Avoid
Virgos are prone to worrying about their job, their health or even things which have not yet occurred. A woman should never give him cause to worry. Instead, she should let him take the lead and be in control of what is happening while offering words of support and encouragement.
Never lie to a Virgo or stir his emotions to generate sympathy or attention. A Virgo will listen to a woman's feelings and comfort her but dislikes exaggerated emotional outbursts or excessive crying. Most have a tendency to flee when a woman becomes overly emotional, sentimental or clingy.
Don't expect a Virgo to share his feelings early in a relationship. Attempting to get close too quickly will make him feel threatened. A woman must show patience while respecting his need for space. A Virgo man will approach a relationship cautiously, but once a woman has won his heart, she will find herself in a stable solid relationship with a man who will consistently make her feel loved and cared for.
